Ben Hogan
Director
Ben has grown up with Civil Engineering in the family, leading him to take an interest and start up as a sole trader back in 2004. This is where he started doing small projects including both equestrian and civils work. It is from this point that Ben then ventured into the solar world by doing enabling works, building roads and car parks on solar farms as well as scopes work doing trenching. In 2016, when accredited, Ben added ICP services to the business.
When Ben isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family, walking with Freddie, playing golf, mountain biking, motorbiking and just generally enjoying and appreciating the outside.
Iain Fudge
Project Manager
Electrical Department
Iain originally embarked on his electrical career as he strived to follow in his dad’s footsteps. Since then, he has worked his way up as a supervisor into management across domestic, commercial and industrial projects.
When Iain isn’t chauffeuring his children to various clubs, he enjoys playing golf, going fishing and socialising, as well as spending quality family time.
Lee Carpenter
Operations and Logistics Manager
Civils Department
Lee used to drive plant, then moved on to working in a builders merchants where he managed to work his way up to management. This has lead him to where he is today, managing both plant and transport.
In his spare time, Lee enjoys paddle boarding, climbing, kayaking, mountain biking, going on long walks, and of course spending time with his family.
Dee Rempel
Finance and Accounts Manager
Civil and Electrical Department
Dee has worked in finance for the last 20 years, starting on a basic level and working her way through the ranks to where she is today. Dee is a great asset to the team and keeps everyone in the office in check!
Outside of work, Dee enjoys going on walks, going to the cinema, family roasts, rage rooms, going to the gym, swimming and most importantly, spending time with family.
Freddie
Chief Wellness Officer
Freddie is a Cockapoo who can be found sleeping in his bed under Ben’s desk, or roaming around the office checking everyone is working hard. Freddie loves going out on site and inspecting the fields before our team get to work, as well as belly tickles and lots of treats!
